LCT and inner habour


The Lyttelton Container Terminal will be closed between 0700 and 1500 hours (first shift) on Wednesday 3 September 2014.

The reclamation site will be closed all day on Wednesday 3 September 2014.

CityDepot will operate as usual during this time.

Te Awaparahi Bay Reclamation
Work on the reclamation at Te Awaparahi Bay, at the eastern area of the Port, is progressing well. The reclaimed area is now over six hectares.

At a time when the Port has limited paved and hardstand areas, the site is now providing valuable storage space for the new Empty Container Yard.
