|SPARCS N4 - Container Management System|
LPC uses SPARCS N4 to manage the Lyttelton Container Terminal.
The following information is important to ensure you can access the information you require.
There are two ways to access SPARCS N4:
1) the Community Access Portal: web based access to SPARCS N4
2) the SPARCS N4 application: using Java.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be set up with login details and training on your best suited advised on what access method will best accommodate your requirements and login details.
|Running the New Services|
Note: The Community Access Portal is a much simpler way to access information. To operate SPARCS N4, training may be required.
|Getting a User Account|
A user account is required for ongoing access to the Community Access Portal or SPARCS N4.
Email email@example.com and provide the following information:
Your required access method (Community Access Portal or SPARCS N4)
-Your first name
-Your email address
-Your companys name
-Company type (e.g. shipping line)
-Phone number (include area code)
Requests for user accounts are normally processed within 24 hours.
Note all information is required to process your request.
