Accessing Container Terminal Information

SPARCS N4 - Container Management System
Lyttelton Container Terminal operates a container management system known as SPARCS N4.

The following information is important to ensure you can access the information you require.

If you have previously read this information please go to the bottom of this page to access the new web services or click here.

There are now two ways to access information 1) the community access portal and 2) the SPARCS N4 application.  The following information will help you decide which is the best access method.

SPARCS N4
SPARCS N4 requires java to be loaded on your computer. If your computer does not have the java client installed you can download it from www.java.com/download
Note:  The Community Access Portal is a much simpler way to access information.  To operate SPARCS N4, training may be required.

Getting a User Account
If you require ongoing access a user account is required for the Community Access Portal or SPARCS N4 please e-mail itsupport@lpc.co.nz and provide the following information:

- Suggested Access Method (Portal or N4)
- First Name
- Last Name
- E-mail address
- Company Name
- Company Type (e.g. Shipping Line)
- Phone number (include area code)

Requests for user accounts are normally processed within 24 hours.

Note all information is required to process your request.
