LPC welcomes new – Crane 5

09 May 2017 LPC’s new state of the art Liebherr crane arrived from Ireland on board the MV Langeoog at Cashin on Sunday 7th May. Check this short video of the crane’s arrival. It will be assembled over the next two months. Read more

New Lyttelton cruise ship berth to be built

01 May 2017 A new $56 million cruise ship berth will be built in Lyttelton with the plans released by the Lyttelton Port Company today. The new berth will be the first custom built cruise ship facility for Christchurch and will be able to accommodate some of the largest cruise liners from around the world. Read more

Temporary change to entry at Lyttelton Port’s main security entrance

20 April 2017 The left entry lane at Lyttelton Port’s main security entrance in Gladstone Quay is currently closed and entry is through the swipe card access lane beside it. Read more
