FIREWALL OUTAGE NOTIFICATION – TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN
Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) has scheduled a temporary shutdown of its Information Technology (IT) systems which support Lyttelton Port, CityDepot and MidlandPort from Tuesday, 6 February at 22:00 hours until Wednesday, 7 February at 06:00 hours.
All IT systems including the phone system, website and Customer Access Portal will not work during the temporary shutdown period. Please note that cellular voice and text message services will not be affected and can be used as required.
This temporary shutdown must occur to allow for a scheduled upgrade to be completed, which is an important requirement to ensure the Port’s IT systems are effective and efficient.
We have schedule this upgrade to occur from Tuesday, 6 February at 22:00 hours until Wednesday, 7 February at 06:00 hours to minimise any disruption to your operations.
