Health & Safety

A safety message from our Chief Executive Peter Davie.

We want all our people to go home safe. Coal March 15 2011 JMC2681

LPC is committed to continuous improvement in health and safety across all our operations. It is a major priority.

We have in place processes for both Port wide users and staff to discuss and raise safety issues and have them resolved.

We each take personal responsibility for safety in our workplace and reporting any incidents or ways we could consider improvement.

As well, we are working with other ports in New Zealand to develop a consistent standard of health and safety.

Our commitment to our people going home safe is, and will remain, a vital focus for LPC.

Peter Davie
LPC Chief Executive
