CCTV Cameras

LPC operates CCTV cameras at all of its facilities. CCTV footage is captured for security, operational and health and safety purposes, including:

Protecting the safety and security of LPC personnel, property and that of its customers and third parties.
Monitoring the activities taking place at LPC facilities to identify and respond to any health, safety, security or operational risks.
Detecting, identifying and preventing a breach of LPC security requirements and/or any law or legal obligation. CCTV footage can be viewed live by LPC security personnel and is stored for approximately 30 days (unless required for evidential or administrative purposes). The footage is stored securely and can only be accessed by or with the approval of authorised personnel. The footage may be accessed and used for the purposes stated above, and may be made available to the Police or a judicial or regulatory authority in connection with such purposes.
