Container Terminal Tracking

System maintenance of our online services is currently scheduled for Tuesday 25 September from 2300hrs to Wednesday 26 September 0400hrs.  Online services, Terminal system & Truck KIOSKs as well as City Depot & Midland Port systems will be unavailable during this time.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.


In response to the recent security threats pertaining to the “Wanna Decryptor Ransomeware” attacks, LPC has scheduled an unavoidable urgent systems outage that will affect the Container Terminal and Inland Ports/Depots.

It is vital our IT department put measures in place to limit the risk of attack to our IT systems. An IT outage will commence Tuesday 16 May 2017 at 2300hrs until Wednesday 17 May 2017 at 0700hrs, and will allow the Port to apply the required security measures necessary to respond to this threat that is affecting systems worldwide.

Due to this outage, operations will be temporarily suspended during this time. There will be no R&D throughout this period.  The outage will also affect use of the N4 Export Pre-advise system.  There are no shipping services scheduled to be worked during this period.
